Joe has been Managing Partner of O’Reilly Stewart since 2004.
A qualified Solicitor Advocate, he is one of the most experienced Litigation lawyers in Northern Ireland, specialising in High Court civil proceedings. In 2010 Joe was appointed as Legal Chair of the Exceptional Circumstances Body, which is a School Admissions adjudication tribunal. He currently lectures on the High Court / Tribunal course at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies (Queen’ University) and is a regular speaker on legal aspects of Healthcare law. Joe is also a member of the High Court Clinical Negligence Liaison Committee chaired by the Senior Queen’s Bench Judge.
