I am a Director in the Property Department with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property & banking transactions.

I deal with all property aspects of our commercial property acquisitions, sales and Developments including title knowledge, planning and building control issues, leases, licenses, environmental issues, construction contracts, development agreements for onward sales, compulsory acquisitions and all other associated areas.

I act on behalf of various local and national Banks and provide a wide range of services across the spectrum of banking security work, effecting security for the Lender in the provision of facilities to both prospective and existing Customers.

I act on behalf of a number of local and national major Banks, Fixed Charge Receivers and Accountants handling all their Repossession services including appointment of Receivers and onward possession sales by the Lender, Receiver or Trustee in Bankruptcy.

I deal extensively with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases and re-mortgages for a number of private individuals, investors and landlords.

I currently sit on The Conveyancing and Property Committee of the Council of the Law Society of NI. The Committee acts as the regulatory authority governing conveyancing practice in NI and ensuring quality standards for clients. I am also part of a smaller sub-committee set up specifically to re-draft the General Conditions of Sale that govern every property contract in NI.
