O'Reilly Stewart Secures Major Court of Appeal Victory for Hoteliers

O'Reilly Stewart has successfully represented the Northern Ireland Hotel's Federation ("NIHF") in lengthy Court of Appeal proceedings relating to the regulation of employer’s associations. Judgment was delivered by Lord Justice Girvan on 10th January 2008 and was a significant victory for the Federation, which is centrally involved in the hotels and tourist industry in Northern Ireland.
