Neil was admitted as a Solicitor in 2010 after graduating from the National University of Ireland, Galway with Honours in both Corporate Law and the L.L.B.

He is a Solicitor in the Litigation and Commercial Departments.

As a member of the Litigation team, he specialises in Uninsured Loss Recovery litigation work including Road Traffic Accidents and Personal Injury Claims.

As a member of the Commercial team, Neil is involved with employment, education and commercial matters.  Neil advises both employers and employees in relation to employment disputes including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy procedures, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and review of employment documentation. He has represented both Claimants and Respondents in the Industrial Tribunal. 

Neil is currently a committee member of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors' Association.  The Association represents the interests of young Solicitors based in Northern Ireland.  It hosts a wide range of social events for its members to attend.  It also endeavors to facilitate the interaction between young lawyers in Northern Ireland and those in other jurisdictions.
