John joined the firm in 2006 from the Treasury Solicitors’ Office in London, where he worked in the areas of Judicial Review, Planning and Commercial litigation.
He has now specialised in the provision of commercial law advice to business, particularly in the areas of company formation, business start-up and complex, high-value purchase transactions.
John is also experienced in the areas of Liquor Licensing, Gambling, Banking and Landlord & Tenant Law.
