The Plaintiff was involved in an incident whilst shopping at the Defendant’s premises in or around May 2006.  The Plaintiff alleged that he slipped and fell injuring one of his knees whilst walking up one of the aisles within the Defendant’s store. The evidence confirmed the accident was reported and the Plaintiff left the store and attended hospital.
